Dear professionals
I have some doubts regarding the filing itr 7,one of the client has registered as co operative society but pan number shown 4 th letter T, nothing but trust,business activity of the society is civil contracts,whether to file audit report or not,they are not apply to AO under any section Gross receipts 25lacs and tds of rs 72000, my doubt is to file itr 5 or 7,iam filing for Ay 2014-15
