PRIVATE LIMITED IS NOT A UNDER AUDIT
NEED TO SIGN AUDITOR ON P/L AND BALANCE SHEET?

06 May 2015 If the Tax Audit is not applicable then there is no need to upload Audited B/S and P/L. But being a Company Statutory Audit is must.
