To whom it is compulsory to file new itr-4s?

If one have only business income so is it compulsory for him to file ITR 4-s or he can file ITR-4?

23 June 2011 If you want to avail facility of presumptive income under section 44AD then ITR4S is required. It is useful for small businessmen not keeping full sets of account books. All other proprietory business have to fill ITR 4.
