16 April 2014 I hv opened partnership firm, deed was written & PAN obtained..... but not started business till yet... even NOT opened bank account... from feb. 2012

pls advice

16 April 2014 you need to open the bank account and file the tax return for FY 2013-14, FY 2012-13. FY 2011-12 is now time barred
