sitaram sir, We have paid Imported Goods from England and paid IGST to Clearing & Forwarding agent who on behalf of us has paid IGST to Customs. Now how to claim the ITC on IGST paid on Imports

We have imported goods but IGST is paid by Exporter on our behalf. Our name, GSTIN is mentioned in Bill of Entry so can we claim the ITC on this IGST paid? pl advice
