19 September 2015 Dear Sir,

I m not filed it retunr for F Y 2012-13, can i fille it now, the tds has been deducted for Rs 43790 against sec 192 in thise financial year

19 September 2015 Normally belated return for FY 2012-13 can be filed on or before 31st March,2015.

However you file application for condonation of delay ,
