05 August 2016 Whether the employees of state PSU in which the Government holds 100% share can be treated on par with the state Government employees and whether IT on the leave salary paid to them at the time of retirement is to be deducted.

05 August 2016 No, it will not be treated on par with Govt employees, TDS will be applicable on leave salary paid in excess of 3 lacs.
