Issue of tds certificate to foreign companies without pan

17 August 2011 If a foreign company which do not have PAN but insists on receiving tax credit proof or TDS Certificate for F.Y.2011-12, A.Y. 2012-13 of deducting TDS at 20.6% by the deductor what will be the solution?

17 August 2011 Issue only TDS certificate in the name of foreign company, if it prior to 31st March 2011.
