My friend wants to promote a Pvt Ltd Company wherein he wishes to hold 51% shares without investing money. He has a novel idea and expects sweat equity.
The remaining 49% will be issued to a financier who will invest 60lakhs into the business.
Is it permissible to issue shares without consideration.
