15 February 2014 ARE SEPARATE SHARE CERTIFICATES REQUIRED TO BE ISSUED IN CASE OF INITIAL(share issued to subscriber at the time of incorporation) & FURTHER ALLOTMENT TO THE SAME ALLOTEE???

15 February 2014 yes...separate share certificates need to be issued...doesnt matter whether it is the initial allotment or subsequent one.

One more thing , as prior issue of share certificates stamp duty required to be paid.
is there any problem ,if we paid duty on both allotment at the same time(means right now, where initial allotment was made 2 years earlier).

15 February 2014 well it would require that you pay interest for late payment of stamp duty
