Issue of secured/unsecured debuntutres by a private limited

18 March 2015 Dear Experts,

Please let me know whether a private limited company can issue secured/unsecured debentures in lights of provisions of companies act 2013...

If possible kindly let me know the procedures and steps in issuing the same..

19 March 2015 Yes it can issue debenture but not more than 200 persons in a single Financial Year. For further assisitance and procedure mail me.
