One of our client has issued C Form in advance before issue of invoice or transfer of goods. Can C Form be issued in advance?

You can fill the value in the C form for the quarter and send the details to your party so that he will fill the invoice numbers date and value in his counterfoil. There is no problem in issuing the c form in advance. But nowadays, c forms are generated thro online and hence issuing the manual c form in advance will not arise in future.
