hi Shreya, In case of restaurants the bill generally differentiate between the bill amount, VAT, service tax and recover accordingly with customer. If they are not showing seperately then may be you are eating food in Non-AC restaurant or then there is only option to take inclusive of tax, or may be they are not charging the service tax and depositing to the government.
