 Is ESI applicable for outside job ? Please give me suggestions .

 Kindly clarify what is outside Job?

ESI is applicable to Amount paid on Month on Month Basis to employees,

However It is not applicable on Incentive or Bonus Paid on Interval of 2 Months.
