can company purchase gold & silver if purchase so how entry put on company books.
and whats the responsbility of company. how to so company in our book record.please -------------give me full details

24 June 2013 Yes . The Company can purchase Gold and Silver as an investment for that you need the Memorandum and Articlet reagrding the close relating ton investment .

Also it depends on form of the Company.
