Examinations are always challenging and testing your mental and physical strength to answer them in the three hour duration. You must feel calm and relaxed, it is natural that everyone of us would be nervous but you got to settle down at the earliest, so that you can concentrate and perform well in the examination.

We all have gone through this phase, you just relax and try being positive. You have done all the hard work with your preparations, I presume do not spoil the party of performing well in the examination. Remain calm and take it with ease by following some mind controlling techniques through Yoga or simply meditate and rest leave it to the almighty, The more you get tensed, the outcome of your performance may get hit.
