you ipcc registration valid for 4 years means your ipcc valid till 08/2014 . . Refer . . http://220.227.161.86/29106validity-registration-CAcourse.pdf . . so in my opinion not required to re-validate now however you can take suggestion from icai in this regard by making call to them
