Can i give IPCC exams while doing Bcom hons from college? I am not asking about articleship because after IPCC i will shift to correspondence.
Is it allowed by ICAI? and do the exam dates of IPCC and DU clash?

Yes, but it depending on the university of Degree you studying so universities degree exams conducted in the month of March some in the month of April and Some in the month of May. In case your degree university conducting main exams in the month of May then there is chance to clash. In that case you have to loose either degree exams or IPCC exams for that attempt.
