before 5 days i received my ipcc books but parcel contain only second group books and still i did't receive any parcel from kanpur what should i do please tell i called to icai kanpur many times but they don't receive call

You should write an application to Board of studies. And calling them won't render any purpose. So it's better you should go and sought out the matter by yourself.
