Please advise the investments available under Section 54F for LTCG on sale of unlisted shares?

05 August 2015 For section 54F exemption you will have to invest entire sale proceeds into purchase or construction of a residential house within period stipulated u/s 54F provided you does not own one residential house in your name on the date of sale of shares. If entire sale proceeds are not invested than only proportionate benefit is available.
