then u be very through with AS7 and other as and about teh compliances in accounts as per recent ammendments in co act 2013 regarding and affecting accounts post of manager like managerial remuneration,tds provisions, then stock audit, servie tax applicable to construction industry and related issues
vat provisions, rates etc affecting the construction inductry and other major procedures affecting construction industry where manager have role to play.
