Input VAT credit in Tamilnadu State

17 November 2008 Dear Experts,

We are civil contractor in the Tamilnadu.

In our bills @2% WCT is deducted and regarding that we get WCT certificate from principal.

We pay in VAT in the local purchases , are we eligible to get Input credit.

Please advice urgently.
