26 February 2012 I have cleared CS Executive Programme in December, 2011 attempt. So what is the last date for registration so that I can appear in December 2012 attempt for professional programme. Further What is reg. fee for the same?

If you wanted to appear in December 2012 attempt, you required to registered before 28/29 Feb, 2012.

27 February 2012 Rather then waiting for the form to be downloaded from website get a Demand draft in name of The ICSI, then visit the nearest branch/chapter of ICSI anad submit the relevant documents to get enrolled for CS professional.
