What's the last date of submissions of income tax return for f. Y 2014-2015 without panelty.

it was 31.3.16 if your total income is below exempt limit i.e.Rs. 250000/- , now you can file the return upto 31.3.17, but it may possible AO can impose penalty rs. 5000/- for non timely file the return.
