17 June 2015 I HAVE NOT FILLED RETURN OF A.Y. 2013-14 AND NOW INCOME TAX SITE NOT ACCEPTING MY RETURN AS LAST DATE FOR FILLING I.T. RETURN (i.e. 31/03/2015) IS ALREADY LEFT. SO NOW CAN I FILLED MY RETURN MANUALLY?

18 June 2015 If its not processed then wats the meaning of filling it?
or if i not filled return of A.Y. 2013-14 and directly filled for A.. 2014-15, whether i attract any penalty or i am in default??
In earlier years, I have filled all returns in time.
