you can file A.Y.2014-15 & A.Y.2013-14 as belated returns . however time limit to file return was expires hence you generally may not file A.Y.2012-13 income tax return . .

sir thanks for reply.But I want to know that would there be any penal action against me for filing previous years return because I am going to file first time.

No problem you may file return . . Rs.5000 penalty may be imposed in regard to A.Y.13-14 return as you failed to file with in 31.03.2014..but chances are less for giving that notice . . you may file returns
