One of my client has filed income tax returns for AY 2007-08 manually. In Next year he tried to file income tax returns through online.But instead of selecting AY 2008-09 he selected AY 2007-08. Subsequently he realized his mistake and filed income tax returns for AY 2008-09 manually. Now Income tax department has processed the return filed through online for AY 2007-08 and raising demand by non considering TDS.(because TDS is reflected in AY 2008-09) kindly provide me solution for this?
