dear all, I have made payment of income tax of one of my client by debit card. but when payment becomes successful the server got know and i m not able to print the challan. now while filling the I.T. Return of the client it required to fill challan number and i have not the challan number. i concerned with I.T.department cus. care they told me to go to branch,and when i go through the bank branch they are also not able to help me... please help me in this regard.
