Income tax on profit earned in dubai

13 June 2015 A resident Indian has entered into a partnership in dubai. The firm is carrying on a business there. He has not invested in the business but is a working partner. But he spends only three months in dubai. He is deriving a salary for looking after the business for three months. Is this income taxable in India?
