1. ASSESSMENT OF THE RETURN IS DONE BY JURISDICTION OFFICER OR BANGALORE CPC?

2. REFUND ISSUE AUTHORITY IS JURISDICTION OFFICER OR BANGALORE CPC?

It means in regular assessment, assessment done at Bangalore CPC, Local Ward Officer has not role in e-filing of tax returns.
