30 July 2015 One of my client wants to file income tax return for the FY 12-13 & Fy 11-12. can we file return for this years ? for FY 12-13 , he wants to claim refund . can we claim refund for the FY 12-13 ?

30 July 2015 You have to apply to CIT for condonation of delay as per circular 9/2015 dt 9/6/2015. After CIT approval file manual return claiming refund with jurisdictional AO.
