23 July 2016 Dear Sir,
How income will be recognize of investment in shares.

25 July 2016 It depends upon nature of income earned i.e short term or long term.

26 July 2016 If I sold out then capital gain arise. But If i am holding suppose share of rs 20lacs and there is unrealized profit is of 500000 then any income will be arise by comparing invested value and present market price?

26 July 2016 Income from share/stocks are recognised on cash basis and not on mark to mark basis.If you are holding the share and has not yet booked profit, then it will not be treated your income as per Income Tax act. This is only a notional gain.
