Dear Sir,
i am employee of a private company. my gross salary is 3.15 Lacks for FY 2012-13 so can we need to filed ITR-1 or no need the same please suggest the same ASAP

ITR 1 need to be filed by you provided you exempt income is not more than Rs 5000/-.

If you have earned any exempted income u/s 10 like HRA etc then u need to file ITR-2.
