17 October 2011 Dear Sir ,
if the client dog win competition than who is liable to pay tax on that income.
according to me a owner of that dogs . because ultimately he is uses that money .
please confirm my observation is right or wrong?

17 October 2011 i think you are right bcoz in case of horse race the owner of horse is liable to pay tax
