Dear Sir
I am earning Income by way of Social trade Platform and the company is deducting TDS@10% on such income.I want to file my ITR as now I am confused under which head it should be filled.

You Can file it under ITR 1 . No need to go through the complex ITR 4 return even though the deductor uses 194J section.
