My shipment of used mobile is detained at Delhi customs as it has old android mobiles. How can I get NOC from MOEF? Can it be done online or with any mediator ? How long does this process takes ? Will they allow the import of used mobiles or chances are I am not going to get any NOC at all ?
If I need to go in person at MOEF office, what documents or details should I take with me to apply for NOC?
