A Singapore based Company is arranging a Seminar in Mumbai, we a registered company in Kolkata is taking part this seminar by booking a booth (2m X 2m). As per contract we have paid fees by US Dollar. Now is this transaction attract Custom Duties ? And what is the % of IGST ? Regards
