20 March 2017 if rental income is more than 10 lakh then registration under GST to obtain or not. for service tax registration no. for FY 2016-17.

20 March 2017 Since Renting of Immovable property comes under specified services so, if rent received/receivable is more than Rs. 1,000,000 one needs to apply for registration when income crossed Rs. 9 Lakhs
