01 June 2016 Dear Sir,
Individual or owned house property of Co- parceners let out to HUF and deducting rental expenses in HUF books of accounts. Please clarify the tax implication in income tax.

01 June 2016 HUF can pay the rent for its members , but member should show his/her rental income in ITR.
