07 September 2016 Dear sir,

I am getting Income from HUF property. My father has HUF PAN in which am a member. Now I am major . shall I Create my own HUF PAN to tax my share of HUF Income from ancestor property. I Am not not married person.

Kindly advice me

07 September 2016 A HUF automatically comes into existence when a person gets married and start his family, So without Marriage you can not form HUF.
