Dear Mayank Ji, as far as formation of HUF is concern your huf is formed when your get married and your are also part of HUF of your father. as soon as PAN No. or your HUF is needed when the income of huf is not chargeable to tax. With son or Without Son with daughter or without daughter you already a HUF.
