whether clubbing provisions are attracted when a karta gives a gift to his huf ?
if yes , then what are the ways to bring corpus into huf ?

clubbing provisions do not apply in this case as per FA 2012.

so if karta gives 10 lac to huf as gift tax , income earned on that 10 lac wont b clubbed with income of karta ?
also will gift tax be applicable

yes as it the gift is given to a relative as per ammended definition of relative under explanation to sec 56(2).
