if a flat owner sold a flat than.shares amt suppose to returned to him & a collect a new shares amt from new flat owner by a society

no. Shares are transferred by the society to the incoming member from the outgoing member.

sir i am auditor (ca ) for registration for audit its compulsory to be submit audit.report online if yes than i.hv to registered for new id whc menu first i hv to registered society or auditor

The auditor has to get himself/herself empanelled with sub registrar societies to conduct the audit. (Is that what you are asking?)

1 Sir, I would like to know first a society has to registrar/ create ID his name online & thru that submit a P&L B/s AGM, Auditor covering letter, & Society regulation Or as a auditor also I have to create ID in AUDITOR menu
2. myself is a GDC&A
3. for FY 2014-15 still I have not file any report ONLINE will be penalize
4. IF nominal profit arrived I suppose to transfere the same in sinking fund account or I have to pay a income tax thereon ( Rs 20,000 ) received only thru maintenance only
