Dear Sir/Madam If Husband & wife are owner of any House. Can take husband rent receipt from his wife ? & Can husband claim the HRA of the same Rent Receipt.
If the husband can take rent receipt from his wife & claim HRA of the same rent receipt? which is clause/Section of the Income Tax Act?
