09 April 2017 I have my own flat in Kolkata. Now I am shifting there. I am salaried individual. Can I transfer my flat in my huf and accirdingly pay rent to huf and claim HRA.

10 April 2017 If the flat is in your individual name in property papers then you can not show it as in HUF.
