How to write the case laws for dt & idt of ca final

14 March 2012 I want to know whether it is necessary to write down the parties name involving in a case law,year of the case or only writing the facts of a case law will fetch good marks in DT & IDT of ca final.In short i want to know as to what things need to be written regarding a case law specially in DT & IDT
