Hello everyone, I have one query. I am working in a pvt co. I receive HRA for full year Rs. 96000. I stay with my parents. My query is that human resources have decuducted TDS on HRA. My query is how do i save TDS on HRA. Can anyone suggest me the way in which i can save TDS on HRA amount.

Hello Sir, How do i make a receipt? And if we multiply 8333 by 12 months it comes to 99,996/-. Can you help me with this issue sir. Because this year he has deducted the TDS. I would like to save for the next yr i.e. 14-15

YA NEHAL DONT WORRY YOU JUST GOOGLE IT FORMAT OF RENT RECEIPT AND MAKE 12 RECEIPT OF 8333 SINCE IF YOU SHOW THAT YOU ARE PAYING RENT OF MORE THAN 1 LAC PA THAN PAN OF YOUR DAD NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED . SO ON A SAFER SIDE SHOW 8333/-.
IF YOU WANT I CAN MAIL YOU RENT RECEIPT IN SOFT.
THEY WONT DEDUCT ONCE YOU SUBMIT THAT RENT RECEIPTS.

Hello Sir, Yesterday i have submitted the Rent receipts but he is not ready to take the receipts because he wants agreement. Please suggest me a solution i am confused.
