We are in receipt of your letter vide No-DL/20082009/085831 dated 31.07.2010 regarding show cause notice for non filing of Balance sheet for financial year ended 31st March 2007 to 31st March 2009 as well as Annual Returns for the year 2006 to 2009 of the Company under section 159 / 160 / 166 / 210 / 220 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. In this connection, we would like to inform you that the Business operation of the company came to grinding halt for some time due to financial crunch and some other incident occurred in the Company.
We further would like to state that the Company has not file the Balance sheets for year ended 31st March 2007 to 31st March 2009 as well as Annual Returns for the year 2007 to 2009 of the Company due to aforesaid reason in the Company. It is under process to file the above documents to your concern department within fifteen days.
In the above circumstances as explained it will be observed that the delay in filing of documents is neither willful nor intentional but due to mishap.
We therefore request you kindly to take a lenient view against provisions of aforesaid sections. We shall however submit any further information / clarification as may be required by your good selves.
