Many farmers having no income soureces, but Government deducted TDS u/s194LA. In which form is sutable for farmers and in which section to be quote/fill of entire receipts from Government.

You can show the agriculture income which is exempt and also show the capital gains if exempt in Schedule EI of ITR 2 and claim TDS. Please consult a Chartered Accountant who can help you in First filing and filling of ITR 2.
