13 February 2016 You can write a formal letter to icai concerned regional office,giving full particulars of your address along with correct PIN code seekingmodification of residntial address as per their address and request them to consider same for sending student journals

13 February 2016 Just write a letter to students section in Chennai and also a copy of letter to ICAI locally situated office along with proof.
